About Us
Baker Home Solutions is a full service home remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, exterior and interior remodeling, and power washing. We serve Charles, St. Mary’s, Prince George, Calvert, and King George counties. We are locally owned and operated but no job is too big or small for our company – you can count on us to meet your residential and commercial roofing, remodeling, and power washing needs.
MEET OUR TEAM
Mike Baker
Mike Baker is the founder and owner of Baker Home Solutions, LLC. Mike completed his associate degree in business administration at the College of Southern Maryland and went on to graduate from Frostburg University in 2015 obtaining a BA degree in Communications. Upon graduation Mike started a power washing company, J & M Power Washing. In 2018 he changed the name of the company to Baker Home Solutions and added home remodeling to his list of services. Since that time, he has continued to serve friends, neighbors, and community members across Southern Maryland. In addition to residential projects, Baker Home Solutions has been awarded government contract work, community work through H.O.A contracts, small businesses, franchises, and more.
Mike has always had a passion for business, a love for people, and an interest in trade. Mike worked with this uncle, a small custom home builder, learning how to manage new home projects. After graduating college, Mike obtained his Maryland Building License and his Maryland Real Estate License.
Mike is hardworking, dependable, and knowledgeable. He prides himself on delivering exceptional customer service. He brings a wealth of knowledge and resources to his customers, and values continuing education, which allows him to stay on top of cutting-edge technology and research.
Mike is a loyal, kindhearted family man and is the proud parent of a young son and daughter.
Jesse Cusic
Jesse Cusic is the head of the Roofing and Siding Division here at Baker Home Solutions. With almost 10 years of experience in the remodeling industry, he has helped countless homeowners in Maryland and Virginia complete a large variety of projects.
Jesse grew up in Southern Maryland, graduating from La Plata High School. His family has served SOMD’s home improvement needs his entire life, and he followed in his father’s footsteps by getting into outside sales at the age of 18. Jesse started his career in insurance restoration, and quickly excelled at assisting homeowners with property claims for storm damage. Through years of working in exterior remodeling, Jesse is our expert when it comes to roofing and siding.
Jesse is driven, communicative, and hardworking for his customers. He has a passion for helping friends and neighbors alike with all their home improvement projects. He looks forward to continuing to serve his community here at Baker Home Solutions.
Jessica Stephens
Hey everyone! My name is Jessica. I’ve been working with Baker Home Solutions since summer of 2023, but I have been in the industry almost 3 years now. I work more with the roofing division of the company, as most of my knowledge lies within roofing and insurance work, along with being in the office helping with day-to-day operations. When I’m not working, I enjoy a page turning psychological thriller, cooking/baking, and hanging out with close family and friends. I’m a proud fur-mom to my handsome German Shepherd, Beau, who I share with my partner of 5 years, Justin.
I look forward to growing professionally, learning more about this industry, and working with the community.
Ashley Duncan
Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m a passionate and dedicated professional with a strong work ethic. I would describe myself as an open person who doesn’t believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do. I have a deep love for dogs and enjoy exploring nature through hiking. I love hitting the gym for a good workout. It’s a great way to challenge myself and stay motivated! I’m always ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of the team!
